Terms And Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions apply when ordering items from Simply Sparkly.  Please retain a copy for your reference.

*    All items within our collection are hand made to order so will require a timescale or 2-3 weeks.  In busy periods this may extend.  Please refer to the current lead times which will appear on the left hand side of the screen.  If you require your order urgently, please contact us to see if we can accommodate you.  Some smaller items such as Earrings and Hair Pins may arrive sooner, you will be notified of an approximate delivery date once your order has been placed.

*    As with all handcrafted products, slight variations may occur.  The pictures on this website are intended as a representation of your final chosen design.

*    As all items within our collection are hand made to order, please ensure you have selected the correct colour choice and have checked the size is to your requirements before placing your order, as any alterations to your order may incur additional charges if work has commenced.

*    Our products contain small components, and are therefore unsuitable for small children.  Please ensure all products are kept out of reach of children at all times.

*     Payment must be made in full before any work can start on your order.  When monies have cleared, we will commence with your chosen design.

*    It is the customer's responsibility to supply us with the correct sizes you require for your necklaces, chokers and bracelets.  If the incorrect measurements have been given by the customer and alterations are required, it is the customer's responsibility to pay for return postage, adequate insurance for the item/s and any labour and additional components or materials required to adjust your design.  If the package is then lost or damaged on it's return to us, it is the customer's responsibility to claim for compensation through Royal Mail.

*    If your item arrives damaged, it may be returned for a full refund or replacement.

*    Items cannot be returned for refund where the customer has changed their mind, or the item does not fit there requirements.  The customer is responsible for checking all details thoroughly before placing the order.

*    Where an item does not meet the specifications requested by the customer. ie incorrect colours or dimensions have been used, we accept sole responsibility, and will pay for return postage and insurance for your item and rectify the problem with no extra charge to yourself.

*    We do not accept responsibility when an order arrives late due to situations beyond our control.

*    Please ensure that you supply us with the correct delivery address.  All packages will need a signature of receipt.  Should you fail to be at the address when your package is delivered, it will then be returned to your main post office and await your collection.  Should you not collect the package within their specified time period, it will be returned to Simply Sparkly, and any arrangements and costs for redelivery will be incurred by the customer.

*    If payment has not been received from the customer within 14 days of placing the order, unless notified otherwise, we will presume you no longer require the item/s and will therefore cancel your order.  The sooner your payment is received, the sooner work can commence on your order.

*    We reserve the right to alter prices at any time due to the increase in component prices.  The price displayed on the date you place your order is the price you pay.

*    We do not accept responsibility for any supplier or manufacturer discontinuing a component that is within your chosen design.  We will endeavour to seek a suitable replacement and notify you of the change.
