How To Order
To order a piece from our collection, simply add your chosen design to the basket, remembering to add additional information required such as colours and sizes into the additional comments section on the ordering page. Details of the information required will be found within the introduction of each section. When your purchase has been completed a confirmation e-mail will be sent with details of your order. At present we require payment by cheque which should be received by Simply Sparkly within 7 days of placing your order with us. Upon clearance of your payment you will receive a payment confirmation and work will commence on your order. All orders will be completed and despatched within the 'Current Make Times' that you will find detailed on the left hand side of the page. Please check these before you place your order, and ensure this is adequate time for your requirements. If you do require an item sooner than the current make time, please contact us to discuss if an urgent order is possible. When your item is ready to be despatched you will receive an email to confirm this, and must ensure you have someone available to sign for the item at your chosen delivery address stated on the checkout page. Your invoice will be posted to the address requested on the checkout page.
Please Note : Any orders received that do not have all the required information will receive an email detailing the additional information necessary to progress with your order, but please be aware this will put an unavoidable delay on your order until all correct details are received, so we would advise to recheck all information thoroughly before committing to the order.
